If you refuse the package or do not retrieve from UPS/USPS in time, please be advised we will not be held responsible for a refund. Often the package will get lost while being returned and we will not be able to process returns without an RMA number. If you are not available to take the package in person, please leave a note for the carrier and retrieve the package before the final notice.
